Pelican Falls Centre

The Pelican Falls Centre (PFC) provides accommodation to students attending Pelican Falls First Nations High School. It was established in 1978 and is situated on 172 acres of woodland on the shores of Pelican Lake. The land is part of the traditional territory of the Lac Seul First Nation.

Each PFC house has two House Counsellors, working alternate shifts, who live with the students and provide:

  • A Safe, Secure, Welcoming Home Environment
  • Supervision Outside of School Hours
  • Encouragement and Personal Counselling
  • Life Skills Support and Training
  • Academic Encouragement
  • Social and Recreational Programs
  • Spiritual and Cultural Opportunities
