January 28,2010
Tansi, Greetings to all our students, at Dennis Franklin Cromarty High School in Thunder Bay, Pelican Falls First Nations High School in Sioux Lookout, Wahsa Distance Education Centre students taking courses through the Wahsa radio and Independent Learning and all Post Secondary students. I am glad everyone had safe travels over the holidays.
The month of January is coming to a close we want to continue to encourage our students to work hard on their studies. Education is an important facet to building and to sustaining our families and communities. At Northern Nishnawbe Education Council we are glad that we can play a supportive role to the individuals that are interested in pursuing and continuing their education. Now is the time for people who are considering pursing their education to contact any of the NNEC Post Secondary Counsellors at 1 800 465 3626. For secondary education please call Tanya Nugent, Intake Coordinator. I want to wish everyone safe travels on the winter roads
